When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address only.
Certificate verification requests:
When a third party submits a certificate verification request, we collect the verifier’s name, email address, and the certificate details submitted.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information through cookies and analytics tools including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and the source through which you arrived at our website. This information is used solely for the purpose of improving our website and understanding how visitors engage with our content.

We do not collect your payment card details, bank account information, UPI credentials, or any other financial information. All payment processing is handled exclusively by our payment gateway partners as described in Section 4.

To process your enrolment and deliver your programme: When you enrol, we use your name and email address to send your post-purchase confirmation email containing your Zoom meeting link, Google Drive resource folder link, and WhatsApp group invitation. We also use your full name to issue your completion certificate.
To send programme reminders: We use your email address to send you session reminder emails 24 hours and one hour before each scheduled live session you are enrolled in.
To send our newsletter: If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we use your email address to send periodic updates about new programmes, upcoming batches, and learning resources. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.
To improve our website: We use automatically collected technical data to understand how our website is used and to improve its performance, content, and user experience.
To comply with legal obligations: We may use your information where required by applicable Indian law or as directed by a competent legal authority.

When you make a payment on our website, you are directed to a secure payment interface operated by Razorpay or PayPal. Your financial information is entered directly on their platforms and is governed by their respective privacy policies and security standards. VorteXPro Private Limited receives only a confirmation of successful or failed payment — we never see your card number, bank details, or UPI ID.

Certificate records: Your name, programme name, and completion date are retained indefinitely for the purpose of responding to certificate verification requests. No other personal information is retained beyond the periods stated above.
