We currently offer programmes in areas such as Leadership Development, FAANGM Interview Preparation Masterclass, AI Productivity — Master Everyday AI Tools, Business Writing Mastery, Money Matters — Creating Generational Wealth, etc. Additional programmes are being developed and will be announced on our website and social media channels.

Yes. Every programme includes a comprehensive set of bonus resources — templates, frameworks, checklists, prompt libraries, and reference guides — shared with enrolled learners via a private Google Drive folder. You can download these resources and use them in your professional life.

Every session at VorteXPro Academy is 100% live, delivered via Zoom. We do not offer pre-recorded content. You attend in real time, ask questions, participate in activities, and receive feedback from your instructor during the session itself.

After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your Zoom meeting link, Google Drive resource folder link, and WhatsApp batch group invite. The same Zoom link is used for every session in your batch.

Session timings vary by programme and batch. All timings are displayed in Indian Standard Time (IST, UTC+5:30), Gulf Standard Time (GST, UTC+4), Eastern Standard Time (EST, UTC−5), and Greenwich Mean Time (GMT, UTC+0).

You need a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone (laptop recommended), and the Zoom application installed. We recommend joining from a quiet location for the best learning experience.

Each batch is capped at a maximum of 20 learners. This is a deliberate choice to ensure every participant receives personal attention, meaningful interaction with the instructor, and a focused, high-quality learning environment.

Click the Enrol Now button on any programme page, complete the checkout form, and make your payment securely online. You will receive a confirmation email within minutes of successful payment containing all the details you need to get started.

We accept all major payment methods including UPI, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), Debit Card, Net Banking, and EMI options through Razorpay. International learners can also pay via PayPal using international credit or debit cards.

Indian learners are charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Learners from the rest of the world will soon see pricing in their local currency. An 18% GST is applied to all Indian transactions.

Yes. A GST-compliant invoice is automatically generated and emailed to you after successful payment. The invoice includes VorteXPro Private Limited’s company name, CIN, registered address, programme name, amount paid, and GST breakdown.

Yes. We periodically offer promotional discounts for early enrolments, newsletter subscribers, and corporate groups. Follow us on LinkedIn and Instagram and subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know about upcoming offers.

Yes. We welcome corporate enrolments and can provide a GST-compliant invoice suitable for corporate reimbursement. For group enrolments of five or more participants, please contact us at support@vortexpro.in for corporate pricing.

No. Recording access and all course materials are provided exclusively for the enrolled participant. Sharing login credentials, recordings, or materials with any third party is strictly prohibited under our Intellectual Property Policy and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Yes. You may reschedule your enrolment to a future batch up to a maximum of two times per enrolment. Reschedule requests must be submitted in writing to support@vortexpro.in at least 48 hours before the commencement of your first session. Rescheduling is subject to seat availability in the requested batch.

All enrolments are final. Course fees are non-refundable once the 24-hour cooling-off period has elapsed. If you enrolled in error, you may request a full cancellation and refund within 24 hours of enrolment, provided the programme has not yet commenced. Cancellation requests must be submitted to support@vortexpro.in. Please read our full Refund Policy for complete terms.

In the event that VorteXPro cancels a batch for any reason, enrolled participants will be offered either a full refund of fees paid or priority enrolment in the next available batch at no additional charge.

Yes. Every learner who successfully completes a programme, with the exception of interview preparation courses, receives a VorteXPro Academy Certificate of Completion. The certificate is issued as a PDF within 48 hours of your final session and emailed to the address used at enrolment.

Your certificate will display the exact name you enter in the Full Name field at the time of checkout. Please ensure your name is entered correctly as it cannot be changed after the session has been completed.

Yes. Employers, recruiters, and institutions can verify the authenticity of a VorteXPro Academy certificate through our Certificate Verification page. A verification fee applies and responses are provided within 7 working days.

Absolutely. VorteXPro Academy welcomes learners from across India and the GCC region including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman. Sessions are delivered live on Zoom so you can attend from anywhere with a stable internet connection. International payments are accepted via PayPal and international credit and debit cards.

Yes. All VorteXPro Academy sessions are conducted entirely in English.
