VorteXPro Pvt. Ltd. — Refund, Rescheduling and Recording Access Policy

At VorteXPro Pvt. Ltd., we understand that unexpected personal or professional commitments may occasionally prevent participants from attending a scheduled training session. To support our learners while maintaining the quality and exclusivity of our programmes, we have established the following policy.

1. Rescheduling

Participants may reschedule their enrolment to a future batch, subject to the following conditions:

• The reschedule request must be submitted in writing to info@vortexpro.in at least 48 hours before the commencement of the first session of the enrolled batch.
• Rescheduling is subject to seat availability in the requested future batch.
• A maximum of two reschedules is permitted per enrolment. Requests beyond two reschedules will not be accommodated.
• Rescheduling does not entitle the participant to any refund of fees paid.

2. Recording Access

If a participant is unable to attend a live session, recordings of the sessions in the enrolled batch will be made available.

• Recordings will be accessible for 30 calendar days from the date on which they are shared with the participant.
• Recording access is provided exclusively to the enrolled participant for personal learning purposes only.
• Recordings may not be downloaded, copied, shared, or distributed under any circumstances. See Clause 4 for full intellectual property terms.

3. Refund Policy

VorteXPro programmes are conducted in small, limited batches. Upon successful enrolment, a seat is reserved exclusively for the participant and cannot be offered to another learner.

3.1 Cooling-Off Period

A participant who has enrolled in error may request a full cancellation and refund within 24 hours of the date of enrolment, provided the programme has not yet commenced. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@vortexpro.in within this 24-hour window.

3.2 After the Cooling-Off Period

After the 24-hour cooling-off period has elapsed, all enrolments are final. Course fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once the cooling-off period has expired, including but not limited to: change of mind, personal or professional commitments, inability to attend sessions, or dissatisfaction with session scheduling.

3.3 Cancellation by VorteXPro

In the event that VorteXPro Pvt. Ltd. cancels a scheduled batch for any reason, enrolled participants will be offered either: (a) a full refund of the fees paid, or (b) priority enrolment in the next available batch at no additional charge. VorteXPro Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any compensation beyond the fees paid by the participant.

4. Intellectual Property and Recording Usage

All training materials, presentations, videos, templates, documents, and session recordings are the exclusive intellectual property of VorteXPro Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Participants are strictly prohibited from:

• Downloading, copying, or reproducing training recordings or materials in any form
• Recording any live or recorded session using any device, software, or application
• Sharing recordings, course materials, login credentials, or access links with any third party
• Distributing, publishing, selling, or utilising course content for any commercial, training, or instructional purpose

Any unauthorised use or distribution of VorteXPro’s intellectual property will result in the immediate termination of the participant’s access without refund and may result in civil and criminal legal action under applicable Indian law.

5. Acceptance of Policy

By completing enrolment in a VorteXPro training programme, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to this Refund, Rescheduling and Recording Access Policy in its entirety.
